Course Overview
This course provides the student with a basic understanding of America’s economic system. The focus of the course is on the fundamental concepts of free enterprise, supply and demand, business cycles, economic measurements, fiscal and monetary policy, and international trade. Current economic topics on both national and global levels are discussed throughout the semester.
